Site visit
We walk the house, measure, and talk through what you want and what the budget can carry.
- Stage 02
Drawings
Already have a set from your architect? We price and build from it. If not, we draw plans and elevations first.
- Stage 03
Trade permits
We pull any necessary trade permits to complete your project.
- Stage 04
Build
One crew lead on site and a clean job site at the end of each day. We keep you updated and involved through the whole build.
- Stage 05
Walkthrough
We punch the list together, hand over warranties and documentation, and come back if anything moves.
